Why I started

There was a time when I came home, sank into the couch, and told myself I was too busy to change. I felt tired and stuck. One day I tried a short workout. I was out of breath and sore, but I went back the next day. Then the next. Sleep improved. My mood lifted. Strength followed. Life felt colorful again. I built BTGP to help other people find that same turn.

How I can help

I coach with the Beyond Method. It’s simple and it works.

Assess: We talk goals, what hurts, current lifestyle, and agree on what’s doable right now. I watch a few key movements so I know where to start.

Build: We practice the basics. Breathing, bracing, and clean form. You leave better, not wrecked.

Progress: When form holds and you feel ready, we add load or sets. We track simple signs like how you feel, how you sleep, and what you lifted last week.

Sustain: We stack small habits outside the gym. A protein target, a short walk, and a bedtime that helps recovery. The results stick because the habits do.

Hi, I’m Patrick. I help busy adults move more, feel better, and get stronger with simple, safe training that fits real life. We start with what’s doable for your week, then build from there—steady, encouraging, and focused on progress you can feel.

What’s included in every package

  • 60 minute in-gym coaching sessions, online available when needed
  • Custom plan built with the Beyond Method, updated weekly to your goals and schedule
  • Initial consult and movement screen, health screening and medical clearance if required
  • Weekly email check-ins with replies within 4 business hours, Mon to Fri
  • Technique cues, form coaching, and safety-first progressions

Core

$500

A simple 6 week phase that locks in consistency. You get 12 session credits, which is 2 coached sessions per week in the gym, plus a custom plan for your non-coached days. Weekly check-ins and quick form reviews keep you moving.

  • 1 to 2 self-guided workouts per week
  • Up to 2 form video reviews per week, max 12 per phase

Plus

$750

More coaching, faster progress. 18 credits over 6 weeks, which is 3 coached sessions per week. Mid phase update around week 3 or 4, and up to three form reviews each week. Weekly tweaks keep momentum high.

Elite

$1,100

Maximum support. 24 credits over 6 weeks, which is 4 coached sessions per week with priority scheduling. Nutrition Lite is included, along with weekly progress reviews and form feedback as needed.

  • Nutrition Lite: daily protein target, sample day, and simple habits
  • Form reviews as needed, weekly progress review with simple KPIs

Affordable extras

  • Top up session 60 minutes: $45
  • Phase Extension Pack add 2 weeks at the same cadence
